People&Things worked with the team at Fat Tuesdays design and produce the chopping boards within a year. Fat Tuesdays is created using 100% post-consumer HDPE plastic. Dishwasher safe, integrated handle with no additional hardware to ensure the boards can be recycled, again and again. This professional, food grade chopping board has been featured in a range of magazines including Inside Out and Gourmet Traveller.
