Designs were incorporated into Australia's well known fashion brand; Aje collection of handbag and small leather goods, as a part of detailing. The designs are mass produced and the collection is sold through Aje boutiques and retail locations.

Project Background
To design and resolve 12 pieces of custom accessory hardware accurate to the aesthetic theme.
The Process
Following a clear design brief, P&T assisted with resolving features and creating production drawings, while considering design for manufacture throughout the process.
The Results
A variety of assemblies with interlocking components and hidden mechanical fasteners. The handbag clasps are designed so their function and use are obvious and easy for the user, while the assembly and manufacturing are hidden to ensure consistent aesthetic theme.
